Our New Student Special is the perfect place to begin—2 weeks of unlimited classes for just $29. It gives you time to try different classes, meet our instructors, and find your rhythm without pressure.
Not at all. Many women start with the New Student Special and then choose a membership that fits their lifestyle. We offer flexible options ranging from $80–$120/month depending on how often you want to come.
You’re always welcome to drop in! Single classes are $25, no commitment required. That said, most people find the intro special is the best value if you’re even a little curious.
We keep our classes intentionally small (15 women or less) so you get personal attention, hands-on guidance, and a true sense of community. You’re not just another face here—you’re known, supported, and encouraged.
Expect a welcoming environment, clear instruction, and a workout that challenges you without overwhelming you. We’ll help you get set up, explain movements, and offer modifications so you feel confident from the start.
Just yourself and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment you’ll need for both barre and yoga classes. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing so you can move freely.
