Rachel Eidson
Founder & Instructor, Elevate Cullman
Rachel founded Elevate Cullman in 2017 with a simple belief: movement is healing, and every body deserves a place to experience it.
With more than a decade of teaching experience, Rachel has trained extensively across barre, yoga, pilates, aerial arts, and functional movement. Her certifications include RYT-200 Yoga, Barre, American Barre Technique, Piloxing, Piloxing Barre, Buti Yoga, Barre Above, Barre Intensity, Cardio Yoga, Yoga Kids, Human Reformer, and Aerial Silks.
Rachel’s teaching style is authentic, encouraging, and empowering. Whether you’re stepping into a studio for the first time, returning to movement after a major life change, or looking for a new challenge, her goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
She believes movement should be accessible to every human—regardless of age, size, experience, or fitness level. At Elevate, you’ll find expert instruction, genuine support, and a community that celebrates progress over perfection.
Fun Fact: Some people have a spirit animal. Rachel has a spirit dog. Her dog, Donut, is essentially her in canine form.

Haley Nelson
Training & Certifications: Elevate Barre
Why she believes in movement: I love finding rhythm through movement and feeling fully connected to my body. I’m driven by the energy, confidence, and endorphin high that comes from challenging myself and pushing past my limits.
Haley’s Teaching Style in 5 words or less - Fierce, fun, music-fueled.
Just for fun: You should know Haley is an old soul and hippie at heart, I’ve always felt most connected through music and movement. Outside of the studio, you can usually find me at a concert or discovering new artists. Some of my favorites include The Beatles, Twenty One Pilots, Billy Joel, The 1975, and Grateful Dead — plus far too many more to name. I also played drums in band growing up, which is where my love for rhythm and music first began.

Kristy Burkart
Certifications: Barre Intensity and Barre Vida Suspension 3+ years each.
Movement Philosophy: Movement creates energy and mental clarity - things I need as a mom to three littles
Teaching style in one sentence: I’ve been dubbed “killer Kristy,” but if you need more maybe: focused movement with high energy
Hidden Talent: minor in vocal performance - so expect to hear home show tunes in my class

Jeri Campbell
Certifications: Barre Intensity + Studio Trained (almost 8 years holy moly!)
Movement philosophy: I love movement because it gives my brain and body a creative and physical outlet outside of my 8-5 desk job. To me, barre is the perfect balance of structured, intentional movement and creativity. Seeing our clients connect to the movement, music, and their bodies while having fun is what makes teaching so fulfilling.
Teaching Style: Intentional movement. Killer playlists.
Personal favorites: My favorite dessert is sticky toffee pudding and my favorite song is Terrapin Station by The Grateful Dead.

Melanie Wilson
Melanie Wilson is a certified BUTI® and Barre Intensity® instructor with over 20 years of dance experience. She believes movement is one of the most powerful forms of expression—capable of making us feel strong, confident, and free. She loves creating thoughtfully crafted classes, dynamic combinations, and uplifting playlists that inspire members long after class ends. Her teaching philosophy is simple: Grace, Grit, and Never Quit! And if you’re wondering, her favorite dessert is a cannoli.

Hannah Hays
Hannah is a lifelong mover starting in sports with swim and softball, Elevate for 7 years and most recently our 40-hour Elevate Teacher Training, Movement helps keep her energized and thinking clearly! It also helps her keep up with three little loves, so it’s essential in my everyday life.
Hannah’s teaching style is approachable, friendly, technically on point and a little feisty.
4- All time favorite dessert: my Mawmaw's carrot cake. I also like anything with chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth. My sweet tooth is one more reason to keep movement so much (lol)!

Rachel Hickman AKA. “Red Rachel
Certifications: 9 years of teaching at Elevate! Rachel is certified in: Mat Pilates, cardio barre, and suspension Pilates.
What moves Rachel: “Being able to move my body in a way that I love is truly what fuels my creative energy. Whether it’s a hot girl walk, a yoga flow, or a Pilates princess moment-it’s always exactly what I needed for the day. Even when I’m exhausted and depleted, I like to move my body in some way. Movement is a privilege that I never want to take for granted. Plus- a morning workout energizes me way more than a cup of coffee!
3- Elle Woods energy with Pilates princess confidence. (That was more than 5 words!)
4- My favorite song to use in class is Pay My Rent-DNCE

Maegan Tucker
Hi, I’m Maegan, a barre instructor beyond excited about helping you feel strong, confident, and connected through movement. I'm certified in Barre through Elevate and have a love for learning and advancing my craft. I love bringing big energy and encouragement into every class! I promise to make each session both fun and effective. We will move to the best tunes and challenge all your muscles.
Movement has always been my outlet — it clears my mind, boosts my energy, and reminds me how powerful our bodies are. I love creating a space where clients can challenge themselves, have fun, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.
Teaching style: Sculpt and sweat, no regrets.
Fun facts: My current go-to hype song is “Like a Prayer" by Josh Fawaz, I never say no to double fudge coca-cola cake, and am always up for a new tattoo :).

Becky Beckman
Certifications: 200 hrs RYT yoga certified, also certified in chair yoga and restorative.
I believe yoga is for every body and every season of life. In my vinyasa classes, movement is not about perfection—it's about connection. I guide students to move with intention, linking breath and movement in a way that builds strength, mobility, balance, and self-awareness. Grounded. Intentional. Outdoorsy. Spontaneous. Loving. Favorite song Everlong by The Foo Fighters
