ELEVATE BARRE

50 minute class of Classic ballet and pilates inspired exercises designed to work all your major muscle groups and the little ones you didn't know you had! We work each muscle group to the point of overload or fatigue followed by restorative stretching. No dance or ballet experience required. Leggings and sticky socks recommended. 

PILOXING BARRE

Classic Barre with a punch! This class is 45 minutes of the pilates inspired barre exercises you know and love with boxing intervals to get your heart pumping. 

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa is a flowing Yoga that unites breath and movement. 

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is more challenging as postures are held for several breaths. 

BUTIYOGA

This class is a fusion of tribal dance, Yoga and plyometrics for a full body workout.
