PILOXING BARRE
Piloxing Barre is the perfect class for anyone looking to mix up their fitness routine and achieve a full-body burn. Combining high-energy boxing with ballet-inspired barre movements, this 45-minute class uses light weights, resistance bands, and the ballet barre to tone and sculpt your muscles while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. Open to anyone looking to challenge themselves to reach new heights.
Yoga Barre Fusion is Elevate's signature 50-minute class that combines the best of yoga and barre to create a low-impact, full-body workout. Using light weights, a ballet barre, and other optional equipment, this class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and balance through proper form and alignment. The choreography is set to energizing music and the atmosphere is fun, inclusive and supportive, welcoming all levels.
BUTI YOGA
Sculpt and tone your body while connecting with your inner self through the energizing and soulful practice of Buti Yoga. This powerful 60-minute workout blends cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning with the mindfulness of traditional yoga. Open to all levels, this unique class is set to heart-pumping music in a supportive and inclusive environment. Come sweat, laugh, and transform with us at Elevate.
ELEVATE BARRE
Elevate Barre is a 50-minute low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional movement. This total body conditioning technique uses your own body weight and light weights to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, and mobility. The classes are choreographed to energetic music and provide a fun, supportive environment for all fitness levels.
BARRE EXPRESS
A 30-minute workout combining the best elements of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using light weights, a ballet barre, and other optional equipment. Perfect for people on the go, this total body conditioning technique is designed to create an effective, low intensity workout that focuses on proper form, alignment, and mind-body connection. Open to all levels.
ELEVATE HIIT
Elevate HIIT is a high-intensity interval training class designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your body in a fun, supportive environment. In just 35 minutes, you'll work through short, intense bursts of exercise, followed by brief periods of rest to optimize fat burning and boost your metabolism. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this class is open to all levels and perfect for people on the go.
STRETCH & FLOW
With a focus on increasing flexibility and mobility, this 60-minute class offers a dynamic sequence of stretches and movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We'll guide you through each posture with an emphasis on proper form and breath work, helping you to release tension and build strength at the same time. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve your overall flexibility, or simply seeking a relaxing practice, our Stretch and Flow class is the perfect fit for all levels.
FLEX & FLOW
Elevate's Flex and Flow class is the ultimate combination of strength, flow, and progressions that keep you coming back for more. Our signature blend of endurance strength work and fluid movements will leave you feeling stronger, toned, and energized. You'll seamlessly move from strength exercises to flowing movements without any interruptions. And with just 30 minutes, this class is the perfect way to start your day feeling beautifully refreshed and ready to take on anything.
ALL LEVELS YOGA
Our 30-minute all-levels yoga class, where we welcome new yogis and experienced practitioners alike. This class is all about focusing on your breath and movement, with flowing poses that move seamlessly from one to the other. Our experienced instructors provide modifications, pros, and challenges to meet your individual needs. To ensure a successful experience, we recommend that all participants be able to sit down on the ground and stand back up independently.
