HOUSE RULES
In our studio, we seek to provide you with an uplifting and elevated experience. Here’s how we do that:
-
Sign up! Your health is essential and this is a key appointment for reaching and maintaining that goal. You are more than 75% more likely to exercise if you commit to it ahead of time.
2. Enter respectfully, the class ahead of you might be in relaxation mode. We all love that and want to encourage that experience for one other.
3. Remove shoes before entering the studio space. This keeps things clean and helps you to begin that mental transition towards class. Wear comfy clothes that you can
move freely in. We recommend leggings and a top.
4. This is YOUR time, eliminate distractions by putting your phone away. There are shelves in the back just for this purpose. It’s only an hour, really 45-55 minutes. We rarely have an opportunity to focus throughout the day, this is a little cleansing.
5. Comparison is the thief of joy. Focus on YOUR class, YOUR progress and YOUR
work zone. Everyone is in a different place in their own personal fitness.
Don’t worry about the girl next to you, find your OWN challenge.
6. Instructors are here for YOU. Everything we do can be modified or intensified. You should leave every class feeling like you had great workout with a personal trainer.
7. LISTEN to your body! It’s the only one you get! Everything should be challenging, muscles will burn and shake, but it should never hurt. If you are experiencing pain, let us know! We can customize the move or the pose especially for you.
